Akash Tiwari is a healthcare operations and quality leader with over 20 years of experience in hospital administration, service excellence, and nursing management. He has successfully led multiple JCI accreditation processes at Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad, including a rare zero non-conformity audit in 2019, and has audited more than 35 hospitals for JCI and NABH compliance.

His process improvement initiatives have significantly reduced patient wait times, streamlined admissions and discharges, and implemented 5S across operations. He introduced eQMP for tracking over 297 quality indicators and has led projects including ISO 50001:2018 certification, digital transformation in patient education, and real-time utility and complaint resolution systems.

Akash holds a PGCPM from IIM Indore, an MBA in Operations & HR, a Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management, and degrees in Law and Nursing. He has also completed the AI in Healthcare program from Stanford University (Online), enhancing his perspective on the intersection of healthcare and emerging technologies.
