Mr Dhiraj is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head #Marcomm at KD Hospital, Ahmedabad. He oversees talent management, doctors cell, succession planning, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation & benefits with strong branding acumen.

He is specialised in Human Resources (HR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Dr Dimpy Gupta  
HOD, Learning and Development, Indus Hospitals   

An MBA in (Hospital & Healthcare Management) from Symbiosis International Pune, and a graduate in Dentistry from Baba Farid University, Dr Dimpy Gupta is the HOD of Learning & Development at Indus Hospitals responsible for the Orientation & Training of about 2500 employees at eight hospitals of Indus Group. She is also the product manager of Sukhsar (Herbal Pharma Division) involved in Event Management, Medical & General Administration/Operations, Quality Control, Sales & Marketing/Branding, Relationship Management and Business Development. Dr Dimply has written many articles for social networking websites and leading newspapers in India and abroad. She has been awarded the ‘Best Woman Writer – 2022’ title by Preetnama, a USA Media Group.

A postgraduate nurse with nineteen years of progressive work experience, Mary worked as the Nursing Superintendent at Cloudnine Hospital, Jayanagar, Bangalore and served in various roles like Head – Corporate Nursing Quality Assurance & Infection Control, Lead Administrative Officer- Clinical and Nursing Operations, NABH- Hospital Internal Assessor and Nurse Educator at Manipal Health Enterprises Private Limited (MHEPL).
